Complaints

We encourage feedback as it’s useful to improve services. If you wish to share your views and experiences, positive or negative, simply speak with a member of staff. Many issues can be resolved by speaking with staff and it’s worthwhile discussing your concerns early on in order to avoid an official complaint.

If you wish to make a complaint by telephone or in person, it is helpful if you pass on brief details of your concern so that the most appropriate person can try to resolve your issue as soon as possible. The Practice Manager, Juliet Rudkin will handle the investigation of your complaint in accordance with our complaints policy, which is available below.
